tiny masterpieces Ages 2-4
Tuesdays - June 3, 10, 17 and 24: 9:30 – 10:30 am
Thursdays - June 5, 12, 19 and 26: 9:30 – 10:30 am
Fridays - June 6, 13, 20 and 27: 10:45 – 11:45 am
Price: $60 for 4 weeks

Description:
The instructor will read a short and lively written piece to the children who will then create artwork based on the story. Besides helping the children absorb the material that they just heard, this playful course serves to introduce preschoolers to a variety of exciting media like watercolor, colored pencils, simple printmaking , basic collage techniques, paper flower-making and others.
The class emphasizes process more than product, but you can be certain the children will produce pieces that are lovely and suitable for framing and gift-giving.
A delightful and effective way to give them a head start with reading and comprehension! All art supplies provided, including smocks for use in class.

Spend all a glorious week at redbrick learning about art. We will work in
ceramics, learning about handbuilding. And we will try printmaking including stamps, collage, and even painting too! Always a fun class, kids will learn and use different techniques to complete each project. Students should wear old clothes or bring a smock.

Back by popular demand, this mixed media class is perfect for 7th and 8th graders. We will work on drawing, painting, ceramics, printmaking and explore personal forms of expression in each. This 5 day workshop offers a unique opportunity for any child who loves are and wants to explore it further this summer. Here, students will be able to draw, paint, work with clay, and work with collage. They will expand their knowledge and confidence in working with a variety of materials and techniques while having tons of fun! Art supplies will be provided. Students should wear old clothes or bring a smock.

The Next Picasso: High School Teen Portfolio
Ages 13-16
One Week Summer Art Intensive

Join us for an exciting and fun-filled two weeks of creating art in different mediums. Teens will have the special opportunity to work with three great instructors specializing in ceramics, printmaking, painting and drawing. Each day will be split up between different instructors. See what you can create when you have this special time in our professional studio and gallery. Art supplies will be provided. Students should wear old clothes or bring a smock.
