People interested are able to get in at the ground level and design their space to fit their lives. Redbrick will work hand in hand with you, our architect, and our builder to come up with the best design and materials to fit your needs.

Most of the initial designs range in size from 750 square feet to 1600 or beyond. Many spaces are two levels so that you can separate your bedrooms or your studios from your living space. All studios have brick walls, many windows, exposed beams, and high ceilings. Some units have northern and southern exposure. Some units offer beautiful sunsets with a view over Bass River. There are many options to choose from and one will surely be the best fit for your lifestyle.

Since there is a limited amount of live work condos available, spaces are in high demand. Redbrick is currently taking space reservations and there are only a few spaces left.
